Farmers Cooperative Oil was formed in Elbow Lake, Minnesota in 1929, combining with the Wendell Cooperative some years later. We live by the mantra "Where the customer is the company" and strive every day to provide our region with outstanding customer service and competitive prices.
Our Elbow Lake convenience store provides the best semi access in town. We offer Unleaded, Premium, E-Blends and On Road Diesel; softener salt, pet food, LP Cylinder fill, metric & standard grade 5 nuts, bolts & washers, a growing number of food options, and DNR licenses.

From 20 pound LP tanks used for home grilling to a full transport load, Farmers Cooperative Oil is able to meet the needs of our region. We are committed to meeting the needs of area residents for home heating needs and are able to support the grain drying needs of our local agricultural economy.
Bulk Fuel Delivery
Farmers Cooperative Oil is pleased to provide bulk fuel delivery within a 60 mile radius of Elbow Lake and Wendell. We offer gasoline and various grades of diesel fuel to keep your agricultural or industrial operation running. Contact us for contract pricing based upon volume required.
Home Heating Oil
Heating oil provides the coziest, warmest feeling of the available sources. Home heating oil burns at a much higher temperature than natural gas, so it heats your home and domestic hot water faster, and provides a warmer, more consistent heat.
